i update hwk but this masag show pliz hwk team add my acount logs pliz as soon as

here is log i updated

3 days ago same masage same problem i very contact hwk resuler

but resuler says y r wait 1 month

hwk team 1 month 1 logs add only

that is true hwk team

pliz my acount reset as soon as plizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz????????????????????????????

that is true hwk team

No its not true, Saras will enable 1 more log as soon as possible after your reseller or his distributer request it, so I think your reseller is not an official one and dont know the process, only advise you to wait 1 month hoping something will happen.

u have posted ur serial number with ur log if someone uses it to clone a box ur number will be blacklisted and even u cant connect to log server.
i hope u got me.

Just follow the process to install in second PC, no need to update again.
