Original Hwk Became Clone After Three Weeks - GSM-Forum

i bought new ufs+hwk about a month ago .Upgraded it successfully and working 10000000% without any problems.
just yesterday i entered support to download some files everything went on fine.
BUT this morning i tried using it now connecting to any module and i tried upgrading it once more and all it how is CLONE.
How possible because i upgraded it before and now how come its clone.
SARAS TEAM PLS HELP ME SOLVE THIS

yes i think it the server related problem because 3 day ago a friend hwk was saying hwk not authourised so i help upgrade it after then i decided to test the hwk it was then telling me software not compactable so i left it but after 2 day of being left alone it has started working fine so just be observant ur hwk will work fine

It's HWk module problem. Clean connectors and reinstall your HWk again in UFS. If you still face problem contact your Reseller for Replacement if under Warranty.

there is no more clone which works with new hwk ....
just full remove old install.
reboot pc.
install hwk support suite - update hwk -

if there is already hwk installed - hwk dongle upgraded you cant reupdate or update other/new dongle before reinstall all.
