what i do for this problem

when i use update box firmware for solved box auth error 20 i show new message :
access violation at address 00481f89 in module "UpdateClient.exe". read address00000170.

how to, solved this problem

if u have any old client 2.06 or 2.07 then use it to upgrade box firmware. tested by me.

Do you delete the program 2.8 or not

or just use updateclient 2.7 for upgrade box firmware

no need to delete any previously installed exe can help u.for hwk upgradation use 2.08 client.

Soft has a lot of bugs,i faced same problem,i used 2.07 to read req file cos i was getting same error as you in 2.08 after that when i reinstall back to 2.08 i cant upgrade HWK cos server says that i dont have logs,at this point is when i say what the hell,problem for upgrading my box,and now i cant use anything till someone update my log,my resseller has told me that i have to wait some days and i dont understand why.I't s just a simple thing
