HI GUYS, PLEASE HEEEELLLLPP

I SPENT GOOD MONEY TO PURCHASE MY TWISTER & HWK GENUINE COMPLETE FROM GSMSERVER, BUT

WHEN I TRIED TO UPDATE

THE FIRMWARE ON MY HWK WITH HWK UPDATE CLIENT V2.0.0, I GOT THE FOLLOWING ERRORS AS BELOW:

COULD SARAS TEAM HEEELLLLPPP PLEASEEE

first step delete from the post UFSx S/N and HWK ID next take contact with your resseler "GSMSERVER" no one alse can help you "just your resseler"

I already tried couple times but Gsmserver never replied me, do you guys know why? or are they trying to cheat me?
