Member: 898192 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | sir i explain her sir i try to install new ver of ufs "HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000" i think this exe is 4.24mb lik that .but coming one message in my computer that is this sir " please remove HWK setup suite prior to installing/removing HWK support suit" pls help me wat prob . i alraedy remove my old vertion setup ver "HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.07.00" sir pls help me |

Then go to c:\program files and see if sara soft folder exist remove it manually. after that in start click run command and type regedit a window registry editor will open from there select Hkey Local_Machine in it u select Software from there u see sara soft if it exist right click on it and delete manually. after this u may install new exe of 2.08. hope this will help. | |
