Hello,
Lets post all the dcc files read from working phones with HWK here in one thread to make it more easy for all users to find it.
Here Iam posting dcc files for Nokia 7210c (RM-436) and Nokia 5310 (RM-303)-

Click on "PM Edit", a small window (PM Editor) will open, in that window click on "Save dcc". Then attach that file and post here.

When you see "camera on standby" problem while using camera in any mobile (specially after software) then you need to write exact dcc file to make the camera work.
Also you can see the camera configuration file by pressing "Info" with HWK. Suppose if you see in Info- NIMMIIIIRRFF094B2F01_002014 for camera configuration file it means it is ok but if you see NIMMIIIIRRFF094B2F01_XXXXX it means dcc file is not correct and you need to write it.

Note:- Before writing dcc file check phone INFO with HWK to get sure whether it's software or hardware fault as sometimes this could be problem with hardware also.

You need to write exact matching dcc file to your phone which you can see by Info with HWK.
