problem to download and install hwk suite v2.0.8.0 - GSM-Forum

hi,
I've got a problem to download the new hwk suite v2.0.8.0:

fist I've de installed the old hwk suite and support suite (v2.0.7.0) and then I've installed the new support suite and updated the client.

But on click to "support area" I can not enter it: "You are not using the latest version of HWK Suite Software."

But i've got the last version!

Please can someone help me?

now the latest version for hwk is v2.0.8 not v2.0.7
have you downloaded HWK_Support_Suite_v2.0.8???
If you have, please install this file first and update our hwk

You need to install 1st

Quote:

HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000

then Go to Support & install HWK_Setup_Suite_v02.08.000.

box not connecting means

again update the box using update client

not remove reinstall the hwk suite v02.08.000

When trying to reupgrade HWK, there is a strong warning which says one can loose access to support area, should we ignore it?
