Problem flashing with usb fbus cable in ufs micro hwk

One Nokia C2-00 RM-704 phone is when switched on it opens upto adjustment of date time screen and then goes off.

I have the USB FBUS cable for flashing Nokia C2-00 (rm-704) but I cannot flash it properly with this cable. I am attaching the pic of the cable too.

When I select flashing it shows the following screenshots.

And the Test Mode is seen on phone Screen.

Please help me out .... its very urgent

With thanks in advance
