Problem with HWK and UFSx3 all orginal and not work what to do ?????? - GSM-Forum

Hi I try today use and I got this that I can't connect with any software when I press connect somethins is working and after few secound disconnect and nothing. I run update client and got this any help ?? ?? ??

And this was cable problem but now after something that do update client hwk I have bed massage in software I have this:

BOX AUTH ERROR : 20

AND SOFTWARE WORK BUT i GOT THIS MASSAGE ADN HOW FIX THIS ??

1. You May Need Latest Update Client...!
2. BOX AUTH ERROR : 20 (You Must Ready Sticky Thread Posted By Odia)
3. HWK ERROR : 0004 (Your HWK May Be Dead But 1st Use Latest Update Client)
