Problem installing last update 02.07 hwk

updated hwk to lastest version

if try to use support - link seems not to work.

i have downloaded latest hwk from rapidshare but when i try to install it says:


Install noth authorised, please download and install Hwk Support suite and update with latest client and retry main install. ClientCompare.

and the funny thing is that if i install 2.06 - i cannot use it.

uninstall previous hwk version 2.0.6 etc....

procedures how to remove properly
1. uninstall hwk suite setup
2. uninstall hwk support suite setup

then install new software hwk 2.0.7 then follow the procedures

i have uninstalled 2.06 properly i think - or what do you mena properly execpt by going to control panel add remove software and removing both options, after restart..
you know some trick in registry?

if i follow exactly the procedures that is what is happening.

I had the same Problem with 2.06 and nobody in this Forum could help, The PS were not even bothered, now I installed 2.07 and the same problem. It runs on one Laptop, but not on the Office Machine were it is supposed to be...... This Machine is running a dual Boot with a clean Windows Install on the Partion I want HWK Suite, did erything according to Instructions and I get the same Message as hridaya above....... So much for the long awaited Update, is there any PS here that can offer some help ???

i have looked but still same problem
i made all steps....
of course hwk it says it is already upgraded there is no need to upgrade once again.

and when i give setup i receive that message.

you consumed your HWK logs, you need 24 to 48hours to log in again in SERVER

Dear dont worry about this
first run update client
Start HWK update when HWK update successfull.
then install new setup.
it's 10000000000000% solution.

@ Shakeel, you don't have this problem, I am telling you tested by myself and obviously Hrydaya, its not working !!! My HWK is updated and runs fine on one Machine, while on the other Machine I cannot install the HWK Suite Software. Support Suite is installed and HWK Update Client tells me HWK is up to date !! So please don't tell us about your 10000000000% Solution for a problem you never had ........... I had the same Problem on the same Machine (with 2.06 (could not run the Modules, now I cant install), and hoped the update would sort the problem out........... Where are the Answers from the PS odia or Munna or Fractilizer ????

may be somes bugs in soft i have same problem in my Laptop Toshiba, but in my Desktop Compaq all is ok
