I setup last updates hwk 2.8 and the product for bb5 is not open with to see fone list but other product like dct4 det3 is ok i can see fone list

If i try to connect any fone it say (( unxpected expection : Box_auth_error : 20 ))

try
1. first got to TOOls then folder option - show hidden files and folder
2. c:\windows\system32\hwkkiller.dll and ufsloader.dll delete the files
3. restart ur P.C ur system
