Member: 770127 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 37 | product selection mismatch i have many time this problum.info is ok but try to write flash than massage is product selection mismatch.this problum is only bb5 phones.anybudy any salution plz share me.thanx screen shot :   try latest exe HWK_Suite_Minor_v02.07.002 but problum is same.plz help |

Member: 553264 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 594 | Hi, Try using 7-pin cable with "DUAL LINE" mode selected to solve your problem. If that doesnt work, try using this jumper solution.
