A question about the box error... - GSM-Forum

hi, I have a ufs3 box that i'm sure that it's legal and authorised.
yet last week a got the message:
None authorised copy of software deteced. please use original install package
Then I tried a sulotion with the update ufs firmware, and calculating the fbi file (sorry i didn't find the thread i used but it was and ols one), and it said to me the my box is blacklisted, but how can it be??? and after it i got the AUTH 32 error

anyway, today i tried this sulotion:

NOTE: UFS+HWK Installation
1. Uninstall ALL previous versions, if you have 2.0.6 installed you MUST uninstall HWK Suite BEFORE trying to uninstall HWK Support Suite.
2. Install HWK Support Suite
3. Connect your UFS+HWK before running the HWK Update Client
4. Run HWK Update Client, Next, Wait ..., Start HWK update >>
5. Once your HWK has been sucessfully updated, click the Support button in the HWK Update Client and download HWK Suite.
6. If you have more than 1 UFS+HWK run steps 3 and 4 for each UFS+HWK.
7. Install HWK Suite

How to install UFS+HWK in 2nd PC.

1, 2, 3 as above.
4. Run HWK Update Client, Next, Wait... and Quit.
5. Run GlobalOptions.reg (Attached below) and say yes to allow your registry to be updated.
6. If you have more than 1 UFS+HWK run step 4 for each UFS+HWK.
7. Install HWK Suite

and I managed to do the update, but it still doesn't work!
what can I do? should I try this:

sir because of your lack of knowledge of what you are doing, i think you yourself black listed your box! ahihihihihi! you tried the update firmware to generate fbi!you only use it if you have box auth error 20, non authorised copy means you have to update the box and download it from the site the suite?! or re install the suite to repair the error? brother study what have you done and try reading the stickys in the forum and youl know what you did wrong? peace

try to use the ufs3 tool remove your hwk, then try after reprograming your box ,put the HWK again in the module and then try to update in 2.06 if it says its not blacklisted your save if not got to buy a new ufs,or try to talk to your seller if you have a good relation with tthem, sir

Hi,
I used ufs3tools.exe and then did an updaate again, and now it's seems to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope that I won't face any problems now...
