i have old ufs-3 blue box, and hwk chip, both are origional, just not used for some time. i succesfully updated my hwk with 2.0.7 ver but cannot access via support button, my hwk id is not on database,

my reseller is long gone, so who do i pay to get my acc autherised, desperatly need latest ufs & hwk setup suite

It was a straight answer, since the solution is to wait sometime for the syncronizer to run between update server and support server, after support access will be possible.
