what do you mean dead ,as actually dead with out booting or only loading ...

try hwk , go to sam, qualcom and choose model and check or look for a check box name bootchange and write flash ,
post result

for boot repair using rj45 look for combo box name BL internal rj45 not BL external rj45
chose boot repair button
choose your Bcmboot file it is included in your flash file naming BOOTFILES folder
choose bcmboot.img

and for boot2
choose boot2.img

then insert cable naming c450 for nspro cable or hwk (thesame)
without battery

wait till connection succed
