S5230 phone freeze......how to unlock - GSM-Forum

I got the unlock code with new update software..but when i tried to enter unlock code.....mobile shows that phone freezed and simlock can not deactivated......please help me how to unfreeze and unlock it ?????????

i already tried it many times...but it says " this phone freeze.freeze deactivate fail"

click on direct unlock.....
phone will be unlocked and cleared freeze code !!

Sorry I have not seen that in hwk section!
if have some little professional tool z3x or UST, I did them very much on z3x box? if you tried to do reset the phone *2767*3855# ?

you need to have the unfreeze code which is not shown so you can't unlock it

Read e2p write e2p then unlock this is not 100% solution but luckilly i tested on some phones before, test and post result

i know this old post but will use full in future for other
s5230 freeze problem
put a non accepted sim and
power on
show only 2 option
1 SOS
2ND CALL
press call u will look keypad then give freeze code and press #
then ask fr net code then give net code and press # u r set will unlock

Apologies for bringing up an old thread but I came across here via a Google search.

I have an old S5230 which I have managed to freeze. I am trying to get the original network to provide me with a code but all the send me are the NCK and SP codes. Can anyone help me with an MCK/ Unfreeze code? This is so frustrating!

The IMEI is: 357952031503577
