samsung a551 Unfreeze problem

Hi all,
i have a Samsung A551 which is Phone Freeze
and network lock cant be deactivated.
I have received Phone Freeze code From Munna
but i cant get the phone to unfreeze

I have inserted non supported sim and Phone says
Phone Freeze sim unavailable please contact service provider
i then enter unfreeze code and press ok, and then
nothing

I have waited 3 days now and still nothing
am i doing something wrong?

any help would be appreciated, i have done a lot of searching and cant seem to find a resolution

hmmm I think you have not search enough, read SGH-F480_Unfreeze_Unlock_Procedure.pdf which is installed on your PC, this will give you a nice HINT.

I spent a lot of time searching, and found plenty of info, but none relevant to this model. When phone Freeze sim not available shows on screen, there is no "CALL or SOS" option, there is just BACK, which doesn't work.
i entered code blindly and waited 3 days and repeated procedure over and over, still no luck.
I ended up having to patch it so the customer could have his phone back.
