samsung B2100 read and write flash - GSM-Forum

If anybody knows the answer to my question,would be greatly appreciated!!
Is it possible to read flash from a samsung B2100 which has Greek language and then write this flash to another B2100?
Will it work,or will I brick the phone?

Yes should work fine, remember to tick "Exclude E2P part from MCU"

I did exactly as you said.Excluded E2P and also exclude ECC(was ticked by default),saved the .bin and .tfs files...
But now I get error!
I have red coloured number 18000004 flashing on phone screen.I see it also when the screen displays TAT mode.
HWK does not recognise TAT mode.
Gives:Failed to enter TAT mode : 1
MSL error
I flashed the phone with B2100XXIF1_BIN from support,but still the same...
Any suggestion?

Please explain how you got the red number, is this on the phone that you have read or since you have written the read files to the other phone.

I got the red number on the phone that I wrote the flash to,after writing the .bin file.
The phone that I read the flash from,is fine.
I have tried a lot to revive it,but nothing...
Maybe it has to do with the contents image .cts .csc (not TFS) which could not be read??

o.k.
I flashed the CSC File: b2100oxeie1.csc and CCF File: b2100oxeie1.ccf
And the phone powered up.
Is it possible to READ those files from a greek phone and then flash them to the other??

No,unfortunately I did not find any file with Greek.
The file that I read from the greek phone,did not work,so I revived the phone but with other languages.

I am not sure which file contains Greek...I think the description with the files is different for some models...
