Here is info log even after pressing unlock it is still lock...

if i look well your log i see that your phone is not lock on any network but lock code when power on phone even without SIM CARD. i may wrong?

so just do RESET MMI with phone power and your problem is going to be soft don't need flash. i resolve one similar case today but it was C3053 and i just select C3050.

Not working Man I debranded and still having problem... Without sim it turns on and with simcard It shows Invalid simcard..Phone is locked..I also did reset mmi.

As lock level is 9. you need to enter 2x codes (NCK and SPCK)...!

I tried all codes with sim card and without sim card but Not succeeded....

very strange your situation but i unlock 02 C3050 today without any particular problem. just wait about 10mn to each one to calculate code then i enter it manually.
when i look your log file i see that there is no worknet lock code there only look like phoe ask for phone with or without sim card! very curious your situation.

When without sim I power on set it normally turns on. then I enter #0141*00000000# so it says Emergency calls only. And with sim card It shows Invalid sim card and when I enter code as above so nothing happen...

if nothing happens
reflash phone
and you see correct imei then *#06# ?
if not must rebuild msl
