SamsunG D600 E Nand Format Failed....! - GSM-Forum

Hello..,

I have a D600e and when i try to flash D600e i am having the following err.

MCU File: d600exeel2.cla CRC32: 4DBCC1F8
TFS File: d600exeel2.tfs CRC32: 6301410D
CFG File: d600exeel2.cfg 88160 byte(s)
Preloader Ok, 921600 Baud
Flashloader Ok
FLASH Id: 00EC22FC000100010034, Samsung KAP17WG00M (1G NAND)
NAND Format Failed: 0380010000

I flashed with MCU part only and it flashed successfully but when i try to write the TFS part having the above problem.
So i want to know how to solve this problem.Is it sort of software or hardware or both?
I want to proceed further only after knowing the correct solution...!

try to uncheck format tfs and change baudrat speed maby solve your problem

try another version used another file then flash used rj45 cable .............

I used different firmware and lower the baudrate to 11K andUsed RJ45 and unchecked Format TFS.
It is able to flash MCU but having error at TFS writing stage.

Any other solution....Please.......!
