flash via z3x or flash tool

then use zex box
1st boot phone
read codes
press menu key for boot wait for some time when asking modem port
after make modem port
its auto read master code.

done...
insert master code in phone goto setting /security/phone lock/off sim lock again input master code for disable sim lock..
