use xp sp2

Update the driver manually, open device manager, right click UFSx device and select Update Driver Software and then select the folder:-

x:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver

BAD ENVIRONMENT :-1- BAD LIBRARY
Clean System for Obsollete USB Drivers

i already reinstall all of components my hawk..
then i installed again..But steel problem..huhu

Is it not very clear that the message is about USB Drivers, not software.

it's always show when i run HWK_SUPPORT_SUITE_SETUP.EXE.

DPInst_32 driver can not be instaled with SP2.
What wrong please?
