Just repair with HWK_Suite_Setup. Your problem should be fixed.

And about upgrade, it is fake information that you can update your box only Two times in future.

You may upgrade it as long as HWK Supporters provide you Upgrade Log.

First of all, all previously downloaded Torrents are now invalid. You must download new Torrent files for seeding.

UnInstall HWK Suite
Restart Computer
Install HWK Suite


If same Download HWK Suite from Support Area and Try Again...

where to find my reseller?my friend bought me this box and he did all the work to make it work and he is no more.where to ask for my reseller?please help me.
why do we need such complicated procedure like this.i remember smartclip team spoiled there product this way.not necessary to add more phones.but let the box work.

still the same problem, i can't upate my hwk, here is the error warning : "Authentication stage error: Server reported error:Account for this HWK module does not exist on server. Please contact your reseller!"
