"BAD ENVIRONMENT:- LIBRARY NOT FOUND CLEAN SYSTEM FROM OBSOLLUTE USB DRIVERS Untill You not install New Drivers.
  • Un-install all Old Drivers & 3rd Party tool's
  • Connect box Give New Driver's.!
  • Run update Client..!

I cannot install hwk suite v2.0.9

I cannot install hwk suite v2.0.9 but I can install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.09.000, I receive error message: Install not authorised, you have not updated hwk with the latest Update Client. client compare

Yes, after installing the support suite pls connect your hwk and run the update client. After complete, then you can successfully install your hwk suite, enjoy.;)

install Mozilla firefox and set as default browser , and turn off your system firewalls

Is batter ask your Reseller to replace HWK in under Warranty. if its not open box an re-insert HWK chip an try..!
