Your HWK could be clone. Better ask your reseller about this issue. He is the only person who may help you.

And, you should also read post by Supporters ( I think you don't) as they always warn you to not post HID in public.

I have this log when updating.I don't remember the reseller.Can you help me with this HWK?For sure it's original I can send serial number to your pm.

Strange Here you forget person you pay Money from your Pocket for this hwk.. Any way if its Original ask your reseller to re send you HID to us..! we will help you for Sure..!

May be some software interfering with Internet connection.

Check your internet connection or disable firewal and antivirus.

I've asked my reseller to replace HWKuFs Box, but he said me it is not possible.

I'm from Cuba, I can't do anything else

What can i do to solve my box problem:

HWK LOGIN ERROR: -4 when Update Client try to get HWK Information

There is another way to solve it???

Maybe by a file or something???

I've installed it correctly but when I click connect, I got:

BOX_AUTH_ERROR: 1111.

Please help??????????

Error 1111 means that your HWK and Box are not synced.

Run update client, if it say login error, click back and next again.

If it does not solve your problem, and your box is under warranty, simply ask your reseller for replacement.

sir try emergency clean up and global options file before you instal hwk support suite and hwk suite., it works for me hope it will also solve your probls in updating HWK you can search this file in this forum just use search button..:p

Problems upgrading to UFS/HWK 2.0.9
 

Can anyone help? When I have upgraded my UFS software to the latest 2.9 version I am always greeted by the message below and although I am able to open up the program I cannot connect with my box. Any ideas?

The message reads: -

NONE AUTHORISED COPY OF SOFTWARE DETECTED, PLEASE USE ORIGINAL INSTALL PACKAGE

My software is the original and I have only ever upgraded using FONEFUNSHOP whenre I made my original purchase/

reinstall hwk suite if not ok update ur ufs ones again.
