And it's long time ago I have bay it, I was the first to buy it that time HWK was released.

My ufs doesn't work about month cause this *** 2.3.0.3 update. With 2.3.0.2 it has been normally updated. It hangs on "Getting data" and nothing helps except disconnecting usb cable.
UFSx type: HWKuFs Micro;
PCs OS: WindowsXP SP3;
CPU: Intel Celeron 2.8Ghz + Asus P5RD2-VM
USB Controller: Ali USB Controller
Please, write when it (there's a lot of people with same problem) be able to update your product, cause there's a lot of work to do. Or just let us know that some comp configurations are not compatible.

I tried to install UFSx_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.03.00.03.exe but every time I get error(attachments). I have reinstalled my Windows XP two times. I tried to install on Windows 7. I have downloaded .exe file several times in case of error while downloading. But error is still remaining. What I must to do??? Please help!

Try installing all updates from Windows Update before installing the exe.

e5400 @ 2.70 ghz
2.72 ghz; 2.00 gb of ram

i reinstal windows first of all and make all update.
after that all work fine.
very good job ODIA.
my configuration: win 7 x64, proc i5 2.67 MHZ, 4gb ram, ufsx driver version 3.8.30.
I think all problems is USB driver. clean all usb driver and update will work.

Anyone who was experiencing the panel hanging on update, please try the new panel v02.03.00.04 and see if the issue is resolved, fingers crossed :)
