Dont worry about it. Contact your Retailer. Its your firmware problem. Do not use any Third party softwares for fix this problem. Its very Harmfull for your HWK unit.

only req.fbi which is the initial fbi file, the unique fbi files are from your reseller just like is written in that post.

Sir if we can get any backups from our HWK unit? It means *****.fbi! I hava 3 HWK Units, But i don't Have a retailer for my one of HWK Unit Thats why i asking like that sir.!

fbi files are for UFS box, nothing to do with HWK and they are 1 time use, so not possible to make any backup.
