problem not solved sir i try
1. uninstall total hwk by uninstaller software
2. delete temp files
3. deact antiviruse
4.SarasSoft_Emergency_Cleanup
5.install 1 HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.10.000
6.try to install 2 HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.10.000 but not sucess sir same error comes plz help me

i don't use ragister version of xp,there are cd available of xp in market with original key.so i don't directly update xp via internet

I am still awaiting a further reply from Flexera, since their original reply was to ask the customer to fully update from Windows Update.

It would be a good idea to try again, because 100% the issue is to do with your PC OS.
