hi sir
this box buy more than one year ,working fine but now i reinstall my os try 2 install but it show me this error, what i do?

i contact my reseller he tell me we give 3 month warranty only
if your box under warranty than i'll help you

so i ask you HWK team (so i ask what i do?)

Your box is not broken so its not a question of warrenty, but a question of support, and your reseller should support you on this, go back to them and insist on some help.

I havn't any log.The driver installation is succesfully,the Suite Setup installation is succesfully,i click the Upgrade Client.exe but nothing!The program is not starting.Why?

Buy a new UFS box.

Disable any anti-virus and see if that helps.
