Hi Sirs, I have a HWK box and I installed support suit and setup suit without any error massage and I did the update process as well.But when I rub DCTxBB5 tool and press connect button,pop-up comes as "Unexpected Exception: Box_AUTH_ERROR: 20." what is this and how I can fix this?
Please help me..

Whats the reason?

I tried most of the time.

Try to change USB data cable or use different USB port on the PC, if not helps then your HWK has an hardware error and you need to speak with your reseller for exchange if under warranty.

There is no upload with u torrent 2.0 (failure please use only u torrent 1.8x! )

Change your USB cable for a good quality one, if that does not help, then speak with your reseller for replacement if your HWK is under warrenty.
