2 Attachment(s) Sir, my customer have problem , he already update hwk into suite 2.0.9 and when try to connect in dctx bb5 then appear error " none outhorized copy of software detect please use original install package " then try to repair install software by repair option cannot help, then when try to update again with update client 2.09 then appear " all ok,not necessary to update hwk ! You will loser a server log , proceed anyway " then i ask him to klik no first, so i post his problem in here , hope can get solution from supporter .... Thanks |
