Dear Sir, Munna ,My hwk account is suspended .I went to my reseller , but he refused to update my hwk ,He said to buy new box .Why ? My box is working ,only it is not updating on net.My reseller is Kukuubaid in Lahore ( Pakistan ) .Pls Munna solve my prob.

i have new problem that when i want to enter to support by using saras hwk ,,,the website say Your HWK number is not registered at server database.
Please contact your reseller about this issue. Only your reseller can help you with this.
plz help me what i can do ?? i purchuse this saras before 2 year .

in your case contact your reseller an ask him to check why your HID not Added On Server..! Ones we get request we will fix your problem..!

sir thank you for test reply but i hope you hard to fixed that problem because is many member used in HWK MICRO SARAS SOFT so i think you make it do your best to fixed that i understand also is not easy but make sure that okay thanks .......

pfiuh.... same problem and we need help from supporter

if we log on to support area, the server will be reject cause it could not recognize our IDs.
