I think you have update UFS Firmware so lost Box registration data.
Please submit req file saved in Update Client folder to GSMMunna. He may help you out.
I have tried looking on the support site, after hitting the Upgrade Firmware button but cannot find the req.fbi file on there to proceed.
Do you know how I can find this file?
It will be available in support area soon as files are still being uploaded.
I have now updated the UFS firmware as per the procedure in the link above.
I am still having the same trouble. When I try to run DCTxBB5 tools etc, when I hit the connect button, it disconnects straight away like in the pics:

and from the original HWK upgrade client when I used V 2.0.9 ugrade client successfully:
This is a brand new MICRO-HWK box I have. I only received it last week from the authorised reseller and I have never been able to get past this point where the UFS disconnects in the suite tools.
Any further help is much appreciated. I am also in contact with my reseller, but we are still having no luck.
I have encountered many problems with with HWKBox. As your box is in warranty, please ask your reseller for replacement. It seems to be hardware problem.
hwk installation problem
i update hwk with update client sucessful n i install hwk suite n everthing is ok but problem is when i connect hwk ,i cannot detect the box hid serial,please guide
replace usb A to B cable , attach ufs directly to the usb ports of PC not via usb hub
Hwk installation problem
while installing my micro hwk it is showing " bad environment":- library not found clean system from obsulute usb drivers.
Previously i have run the hwk 2.9.0 version in my pc. After formating it is showing like this .
Kindly any body will give me the solution clearly for this problem. I am very thank full to them who will help me in this problem.
Uninstall UFS from Device Manager.
In Add/Remove Programs, uninstall UFS USB Drivers.
Now go to C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver and run DPINST.EXE.
Attach UFS to Computer. If windows asks about drivers locate C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver.
If this process does not fix this issue, then go to Device Manager, Select UFS Device (C) SarasSoft from Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
Right click and select Update Driver. Now manually point Windows to look in C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver for drivers.
It should fix your problem.

You should contact your ISP to resolve this issue.
Btw, you don't need Static IP Address to use Support Area, but your IP address should not change without redialing connection too.
