plz contact ur reseller if it's appear use update tool...
and it's show the hwk is not connected or dear then just check it replace it and clean it...it start work....:)

that's what I used, hwk update tool...and it gave ERROR CONNECTING UFS, HWK LOGIN ERROR -1,

Man read the log you posted the software can not detect HWK

If it's not detected, how can it work for Acer and RTP? I can unlock using those two only. The rest say either "Selected device not compatible with Software", or "hwk not authorised, use Update Tool".

if wont work then replace your hwk with :Dnew one:D

Man these 2 softwares you mentioned do not need HWK for connection
