What can cause this problem ?

Open the box, remove your HWK, clean the pins and socket and re-insert and try see if it works. If not then your HWK is dead and needs to be replaced.

I did restore settings on windows and it does not work now.
Prior to restore everything worked.

before ... every birth for new ufs interface ... many problems happen in many ways .. all fix with the new ufs ... we wait ....

i have my box ... ufs " orginal " for 8 years ... without any little dust ... but last month
i connect ... " best " infinity key ... and use my lovley box .. as com ... may be for that my hwk damage ... i wait new panel version ,,, or buy new hwk .. if it still exists .. in market .... and iwill use old " fake ufs " as a " com " for infinty key ... this is safe for me and all ... take it like advice ... thanks .
