Go to foder :C:\WINDOWS\system32 and delete 2 files :hwkkiller.dll và ufsloader.dll
now ok !

probleme with hwk instalation

whene i try to run hwkupdate upgrade client i get this eroor


bad Environment:-1-bad library clean system from obsollete usb drivers

plz help

• You Might Forget to Uninstall Old Drivers
• You Might Forget to Uninstall old HWK Setup

Solution:-

If above not work Simple Search ufs, HWK & Saras name folder's and delete them (Make Sure Before Delete Check Folder & Files is Same Above) now Restart Pc

• Install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.09.000.exe
• Connect Box Give New Driver's from X:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver

All Fix Now..!

hwk setup suite cannot install.

i trial to install my ufshwk, it keep say, install not authorised, you have not update with the latest update client.clientCompare.
i need help.

You Must update your HWK one more time to authorised. in case if Say "No More Logs" you know wt to do...!

Re-install HWK Support Suite also check cable. i can see you not able to fix ufs firmware may be box problem..!

For a very long time I have not used this box (Its a HWK Micro) But now I want to start using it.

The box updates ok, with v9 support software, BUT when I click to Go To support, I get error message. Also I cannot run the softwares.

hi all firest that is my problem i trayed alot of times many many but still the same probleme please help me i hav good cable good pc good windows change it alot of times same probleme disable antivirus all the time same probleme i have ORIGINAL HWKufs Micro from fonec egypt (el sabahi) i didnot work with it befor 1 year ago same probleme only firest time with OLD version ufs thanks....
