hello suporters, I have a big problem:
2 guys with guns visited me and took my 3 laptops, one of them got the last update from HWK. I'd to buy a new computer to work, but I can't install HWK, it allows me to update with HWK update client, but got an error when tryin to install HWK suite.

Clean your pc with registry you use before to validate installation, its simple means you was using 3rd party reg files.

Thanks a lot, it's really strange but it worked. It's strange cos I get the new computer, installed windows and the first tool to be installed was my Tornado with HWK (It's still my favorite), so I don't know from where had come the 3rd party reg files!
I just unistall, removed the registry from saras and installed again, and it worked. Thanks a lot for support, keep the good job!!!

Your using reg file from another computer, so its 3rd party.

Stop fcuking about with files and just install Software in correct way.

I didn't. as I said, I use to do that when I need to install in 2 computers same box, in older versions.
this time, I don't even have the computer where it was originally installed. (the tief wasn't that polite to allow me to copy registry). So I just had installed normally in a new computer (when I said new is really new, I installed windows few minutoes before), without other modification, don't understand why the error showed up on the first place, but it's solved now.

please solve my problem i formatted my p.c ,before format i was sucessfully running my hwk 2.0.10.0 but after format when i installed hwk
support suit installed sucessfully,even it updated sucessfully......after update when i installed hwk main suit it gives error install cannot continue....i am tying to install it since last week up till now i had tried to install it up to 3 to 4 times (all the time update was sucessfull) then please tell me why after sucessful update it gives error .....andhow to solve this problem very urgent ....
