Try to use latest update Client, In case same problem Change cable & if still same Contact Your reseller.!!

EEPROM is ok, its the MCU which is corrupted and if box is under warrenty, you DEMAND to your reseller to fix or exchange it.

Just run the update client again and do a full server update and all will be ok, if you have no more logs you will need to contact your reseller.
