I bought a hwkufs micro box for a customer and updated it with using the latest update cilent and it was succesfull.
When I try to install the latest suite setup it says install not authorised u have not updated your hwk on this pc with the latest update cilent.
When I click on support site button does not do anything.
Its very strange cos first time I could go to download the files from the support area.
Its the second box now as the reseller sent me a second one to try if its faulty but I dont think they are cos both doing exactly the same way.
So basically I would like to ask what the reseller needs to do with this box to make it activated.Im asking cos its happening for a week now and he still did not do anything about it.He should send me a req file if im right?I did mine long time ago so dont remember.(my old box is perfectly working,updating etc,and did install the ufs micro on a totally clean comp too so I think I`ve done all basic steps with no luck)
Please help me I really want this box working.

It would appear the MCU firmware inside the box is damaged beyond Update Client repair, would suggest to return to your reseller for exchange.

Good to know that, but my reseller cant make req->fbi process, the box is bought in Turkey, it is far away.
