why you guys always erase my post? can you answer me? my reseller is not replyng me also.

why no upgrade logs on my HWK it is new and im trying to install for the first time and never use upgrade before just now because as i said it is new.

Hello. Can I Update My Hwk After 48/72 hours ?? I Also Have this Problem.

Authentication stage error: Server reported error:Account for this HWK module does not exist on server. Please contact your reseller!

I already Contacted My Reseller 2 Times.

Your HWK HID not register on Server, Contact reseller an ask him to fwd HID to his reseller..!

To the product support

Some of us like my self bought this box five years ago, i try to send the req file to the product reseller in uk but i get no reply in this case how will you help us cause we get box error 20. I thougth you people you know like ufs xxx serial number is paired with Hwk id xxx number, why don;t you use this data base to rectify this error. my box has been working till last week when i tried to update the new 2.02 minor update,please advise us what to do since we get no reply from the resellers after we had sent the m the requested REQ. Files

Try to re-install HWK chip into box again or hwk damage. Contact Reseller !

hm. usb port problem, whit other port: HWK upgrade process completed.

how to remove ufs driver on all port fully?

Customers with the message "Account for this HWK module does not exist on server. Please contact your reseller!" and where able to update before without any problem, please bare with us, we are looking into the problem.

REMINDER: There is no need to post logs with the above error, until we let you know the problem has been fixed as far as we are aware, if you post logs with your HWK ID, then they WILL be suspended on the server and will NEVER be enabled again.
