| Why product supporter not answering as seen this thread yesterdays problems were not answered yet, I am facing the similar problems as described in this thread so I don't want to write them again and again. ONE THING I MUST WRITE HERE THAT MANY RURAL AREA CUSTOMERS ARE USING HWK BOX , THEY DON'T HAVE THE INTERNET CONNECTIONS ( TALKING ABOUT iNDIA ) AND THEY ARE HAPPY AND SATISFOIED CUSTOMERS OF HWK BOX AND THIS UPDATE REQUIRES UPDATE IN SYSTEM. PLS DO SOMETHING FOR RURAL CUSTOMERS |

| problem install hwk suite 2.009 ( install cannot continue aborting ) what problem with my installer , when try to install hwk suite support 2.0.0.9 no problem but when install hwk suite 2.0.0.9 show error " install cannot continue abortin " i used avg 8.5 antivirus and my os " window xp home edition sp 3 "i have already disable antivirus but still cannot install , thanks for help me |

| ATRz asking for activation string! I had my HWK Box working fine with other softwares but when I try to run ATRz, it asked me for activation string. Quote:

| HWK not update Before that the box worked perfectly, updated several times with the 2.0.8.0 version and never had a problem, just try to update with 2.0.9.0 the problems started. |
