hi i have a tornado flasher with hwk installed tried to do the client update had the no more logs problem waited 24 hours then did the update then installed suite 2.0.9.0 got that installed now my problems start acer program connects atzr connects dct5bb5 error20 kzr connected lg error20 rtp connects then disconnects samsung error 20 se hwk not authorised use update tool can anyone help as i cannot contact reseller has this was bought on ebay never had any problems with any other updates

Just try to update UFS Firmware using Update Client and Upgrade.

For detailed instructions, follow sticky thread regarding this issue by Odia.

> Try to replace USB Cable
> Try to use different USB Port or remove any HUB. Better connect to Computers Back USB Port.
> If it does not help, Just Update UFS Firmware with Req.fbi. For further instructions regarding Firmware Update, please follow this link.

Ok followed your advice 1st Class now I am getting this error:

"None authorised copy of software detected, please use original install pakage."
how should I solve this. genius!

You might have used REG files.

If you have successfully Upgraded your HWK, just uninstall old Setup and again install Fresh Setup.

Also if you have downloaded if from somewhere else, I will recommend you to download it from Support Area.

You may login to Support Area by Click Support Site Button in Update Client.

I bought two UFS MICRO box from nearest reseller MOBILE STAR (Ranjeet singh, Guwahati, Assam, India)which is 360km away from me. The box have ufs-kit.com sticker on it . On the first disk he provide HWK.reg file . using this file i solve the reset error(hwk login error -1). {{Is this a legal process??}}. But after that when i connect through ufsxdctxbb5 module BOX_AUTH_ERROR:-1 occured> when i told him about this problem, he said that he cann't provide me the update through REQ FBI system and told me to go to his shop with the box to update it(!!!!).
My question is whenever the times come to update the boxes, I have to go his shop which is 360 km away from my place??why cannt he provide me the box update through REQ FBI process? I checked ufs-kit.com and found that he is the only reseller from assam..
Please ODIA THE ULTIMATE help me......................... waiting for your reply.........

hello tomorrow I UFS3 + HWK arrive for installation is not good HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.09.000? my reseller told me that I just have to update your HWK module and not the box is correct? if you have advice for me are welcome.

this is your & reseller Problem...! if he is 360k or 2000km you must look b4 you buy..!!
