Mine worked fine after this.

1. connect hwk directly to the motherboard not through any usb hub
run the update and then after correct update.
2. install hwk suite
3. run.
if this fails the you have to update the firmware follow the sticky on box auth error.

I'm not using now a proxy, in fact I'm using another PC, but now I got this, when soft is trying to get HWK information:

Error connecting UFS:
HWK LOGIN ERROR: -4

Please I try to update yesterday buy using a proxy, but I couldn't. Today I got this error. Why????

i update hwk 2.0.9 on my pc it was working fine but my system went down and i had to format my pc but now when i install setup it says

non authorised software use orignal package ?

Press OK & repeat Process to update hwk Will be fix Don't Close Client..!

i was thinkin to find the solution for unistallation of 02.08 as mentioned in above thread, but since there is not a single suggestion, i am also :-(

Thanks for your rapid answer, but as you see in the image. After OK, Start HWK Update Button is disable, so I can not continue the process.
Even if I click back without close client it shows me again the error and the Start HWK Update button disable again.
I uninstall Client software and reinstall it but still:

Error connecting UFS:
HWK LOGIN ERROR: -4

Thanks but please help???????????? I'm new at using this box, in fact I can't use it yet.

have you try to change USB Cable..! act in my Case i run client an next it shows me Same error now i press Back an again Press next All was Fixed..!

Can you Provide Reseller Details & Purchase Date in pm ?

- How to install HWK Setup on new formatted computer if I have already updated box ?
- Need to start update again on new computer, but no more logs ?

Where is support team to explain this and what to do ?

For first two questions, you need to upgrade your HWK even if UC told you no need to upgrade.

For the third question, you need to wait to get one more upgrade log on server.

I think there is nothing to go out of mind

Ok!

I have Notebook here and big comp, where I have installed working HWK software. Urgently I have to go on another location to make lot of phones. It is not possible to disconnect all connected cables from my big computer.

Notebook is only options. HOW TO INSTAL HWK ON NOTEBOOK AT THIS MOMENT ????
