i just re install OS and will re install HWK.....

and etting this issue....

That means you can not user HWK Suite as it will ask for Activation String.

when I install it on my desktop... its work..
But when I try to install on my laptop
after install support suit it say for update
when i make update it says
" All OK, not necessary to update HWK!
you will loose a server log, continue anyways?
