WHEN WILL BE THE UPDATE OF HWK?

hope the COMING UPDATE will be MUCH BETTER than THEM.

Hello,
Guys, as you already know, UFS/HWK is multy platform product. Right now there is very good nokia uopdate on the way - support for latest phones + latest flash chips. I mean WORKING support, not like with others, who say is supported and later they say "oh, there is bug"

.
Also, new Samsung phones is being tested right now, SE too.
Have you ever tried to count how many models is supported by UFS/HWK ? And all these need testing and hard work + samples. So, ofcourse it needs more time then with dedicated per brand products.
There is no other product on market which is so stable, and easy to use like UFS, plus, those who enjoy my support are most happiest people in GSM comunity.

UFS is one thing, and HWK is TOTALY OTHER THINK.
UFS was/is a good and top sales/support product.
HWK is a TOTALY CRAP, CUSTOMER ROBBERING, NO SUPPORT, "Odia the DELETER", ALL time FIRST CRACKED/PATCHED, ....
No need to mix this two ones (even if HWK plug inside UFS) to rise-up your sales.

No-one is doubting your support to your customers and your quest to become a loved man by all your deciples, but why do HWK customers have to wait so long for updates?

By the time they come, most people will already have the solution on another platform...and before your face turns red, I am only pointing out facts here and being honest - just like you do with many of your post's on this forum about other products which are not supported by you in any way!!

Would also be nice to fix bugs in existing software before releasing new stuff

saras product (ufs)have been supported 2 years until now, he is serious and very care to his cutomer, how is your pbb zuki, not enough for half year your support,

better u think your own product 1st. hwk support wont die, just as ledgija said. just wait for it. will suprise u n u'll keep your ***** shut then.

Your support IS GOOD.
BUT HWK is a CRAP DEAD product almost from start.
And, because you are NOT the programmer of HWK, you can give only LIMITED support on this (regarding questions answers, server access support, ...), but you CAN NOT provide HWK updates. Sorry, please no offence on this. Again, you are a RESELLER who simply SUPPORT GOOD his cutomers.

But a reseller have some limited capabilities in supporting one product, and I simply think this time you just jumped in wrong way (only with HWK). Is exactly like an verry good car service/dealer try to sell you an Yugo car (I supose you know this cars) and try to give you "full support and warranty". This simply CAN NOT be givven to an Yugo car. Same seems happens now with HWK ...

I really want to say thanks to all programmer team here, like Zulea and Saras team but why you make the market in dirty war. Grow up with your brain programmer team, we need really good tools with tested software. I used Griffin, JAF, UFS, PBB and maybe soon USB smart for tested only. All support site always said can do this and those, but when we download the file and test with the tools phone die. Ask to support mail no answer or get answer (sorry full inbox

).
Why i said thanks because by the all tools we can earn service money. All of us hope one tools can get support till the end of phone type and the later type. "Mubazir" if we buy tools without support, bad update and too late bugfix. Lets hope the team more better, more secure protection, more easy in download section and more care in support section.
