Now I have two UFS+HWK with the same problem - "hwk not authorised use update tool". first hwk- This is my mistake - I update hwk on the different ufs , upgrade was OK, but when I insert HWK in desired UFS - as result now I have this problem "hwk not authorised use update tool". Upgrade log: ---------- HWK upgrade started:11:59:03 ---------- -- Target Id : 62 CF 1 7 -- UFSx Boot : UFxBoot V2.2 (c) SarasSoft 2003. -- UFSx Firmw.: UFS_USB V2.6 (c) SarasSoft 2005. -- UFSx S/N : 76xxx -- Features : 00000001 -- Licence 5 : True -- UFSx Vendor: TORNADO -- HWK ID : A1.04-PRO1-FFBDE9xxxxxxxxxxx -- HWK Status : 1, DL: 0 ---------- Locating HWK Upgrade server... HWK Upgrade server found! Preparing connection to server... Connecting to HWKUpgrade server... Server connection successfully established. Authenticating on server... Authentication stage error: Server reported error:No more upgrade logs. second HWK - Today I upgrade through the server, all ok. but when I try to run UFSxBB5 tool - soft not starts correctly - just showing 2 lines UFxBoot V2.2 (c) SarasSoft 2003. Id: 62 CF 1 7 UFS_USB V2.6 (c) SarasSoft 2005. S/n: xxxxx and that's all,"coonect" again was active. I reinstall latest suite, open UFS clean connector in the UFS, install hwk back to ufs, and now soft starts but "hwk not authorised use update tool". Upgrade log: ---------- HWK upgrade started:12:00:38 ---------- -- Target Id : 62 CF 1 7 -- UFSx Boot : UFxBoot V2.2 (c) SarasSoft 2003. -- UFSx Firmw.: UFS_USB V2.6 (c) SarasSoft 2005. -- UFSx S/N : 73xxx -- Features : 00000001 -- Licence 5 : True -- UFSx Vendor: TORNADO -- HWK ID : A1.04-PRO1-1A2EC6xxxxxxxxxx -- HWK Status : 1, DL: 0 ---------- Locating HWK Upgrade server... HWK Upgrade server found! Preparing connection to server... Connecting to HWKUpgrade server... Server connection successfully established. Authenticating on server... Authentication stage error: Server reported error:No more upgrade logs. So, as I understand, I must run again process of hwk upgrade, but can't. Of course, I don't use any patchers-killers-tools etc... Have I any chance to receive one more upgrade log or I must wait for next update? Thanx in advance, wbr Alexander. |

Member: 341988 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 343 | i think this hwk from china its "affected by 3rd party tools" many ppl have this problem . and they was buy as original product if this problem not `ll solved they will owes we must accepted any decision Invader from where u was buy this boxs???? |

Member: 1580 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | hi bro! how are you? best wishes from Ukraine to you :-) about this hwk's - both I buy from trusted resellers. and with both I don't use any 3rd party tools. really. UFS suite was installed on the new clean XP system. both hwk's was upgraded through server successfully- so, this hwks not clone. but I make some mistakes - I write about it in first post. This is can be very easy checked by people, who have access to the server. So now I have expirience -and all what I need - 1 more upgrade log for each hwk. I already sent to Odia full logs in PM (with serial numbers of hwks and ufses). if you van help with this problem and need full logs - I can send it to you also |

Member: 1580 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Just today I try to update this HWK again - and I don't beleive my eyes - no fu...in message "no more upgrade logs" - all fine, upgrade process finished OK. And now soft working well. |
