somebody gave me UFS micro and i need help

hello, somebody gave me me ufs micro box with 100 cables because they have finished in GSM business, i went on HWK suite and everything seem to update ok but i cannot install software, i get the following error

hi guyes ,,i have a saem problem but i,m install the registration fileUFS 2.08.reg then suite is instaling successfully,,,but i,m opening the dctxbb5 suite and press the connect button it,s say

1-Disable ALL Anti virus And Anti SPAM And etc.

2-Remove All OLD Version of UFS

3-Install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000.exe

4-Plug UFS Micro Then Install Driver From Hard Drive:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver

5-Copy This 2 (UFS2XX.dll & UFS2XX.sys) file From C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\UFS\UFS_USB_Driver\i386 To C:\WINDOWS\system32

6-Run HWK Update Client From StartMenu\SaraSoft\Utility

7-In HWK Update Client window click To Next after Program detect your Box Click to Start HWK Update after Update DONE U Can Setup HWK_Setup_Suite_v02.08.000.exe

when i try to install 2.08 support suite then it tells me to remove HWK suite first, but i already did that, now i get different error

ok, i think i aorted that problem, i just found 2.08.00 suite, installed in and then un installed it and that way i was able tp install the latest support suite, but now i have a common problem according to search feature on this forum,

basically i get connectio reset by peer in update log window, so i wioo keep trying to update, i have diabled antivirus and windows firewall and by=passed wireless router so i pc is connected direct to modem and internet

we wait and see,
