Hi all,

Got a Samung S3370 to unlock, can anyone please do a quick guide on how to unlock it using HWK?

Also, which Cable is needed?

Power on the phone and activate "QUALCOMM USB Mode"
type *#782872# and confirm
type *#7465625# and stop to screen lock
tick 'Qualcomm Mode'
Press 'QDCI Info'

use NET code to unlock

thank you ! you sqved me. the only thing i didn't do , was to stop qt the screen loc k qnd this prevent me from unlocking this phone for 2 dqys before i saw this ! may *** bless you !

Managed to unlock 2 s3370's using new version of SAMs

Sysinfo not Exists
FLAG: 00000001
PROV: 234-2023xxx UK
MAST: 52750xxx [UNFREEZE]
NET : 51793941 [#SIMLOCK*NET*517xxxxx#]

It said sysinfo not exist, but i was still able to unlock with net code above.

The problem I have now is one handset displays a 1 at the top and shows the network name whichever sim is inserted. (this is good)

But on the second handset it displays 2 and does not display the network name whichever sim is inserted.

What do the numbers 1 2 3 in circles on the screen near the top mean? How do i get the network name to be displayed again on the handset????

Ignore the above, managed to get the network names working.

yes use QCDI info and get NET code then enter the code manualy

type *#782872# and confirm
type *#7465625# and stop to screen lock

ONLY now can connecct the phone to the PC

PRESS "Port Check"

tick 'Qualcomm Mode'
select in order:
MODEM port
DIAGNOSTIC port

Press 'QDCI Info'

insert any (u)sim and...

use NET code for UNLOCK
use MAST code for UNFREZZE
