Authorization system on new support is the same as on old.

sir or mr i have problem about my download,i have box ufs3 hwk,if i go support i have ;your ip is change,i try view time,try and try just show your ip is change,what is mean bro/mr monggo pleaseeee

Please contact your provider about this problem. This is not me who changes your IP time to time.
