Buy a HWK from reseller and get support, or buy crack and not get updates or support, choice is yours

man, read many post before you buy, HWK is expensive and support (noone now...).... I have it, and still waiting for account !!!!! and HWK not detected by my twister and ufs..... (I'am lucky... no SELF DESTRUCTED

ptkrf did you try ufs suite 2 it work good for me i have many problems using twistersuite now evrything work fine HWK always showing

yes I use UFS suite 2, after instalation, my HWK was detected only by KZF...
befor UFS suite 2 (with suite 1) my HWK was detected almost any time, but first I must run KZF, but still have big trouble with samsung.... so, after update big trouble with HWK .....

If you updated UFS Suite 1.0 with 2.0, strange things can happen.

Uninstall what you have now, probably makes sense to uninstall the USB driver too.

Then re-install UFS Suite 2.0 and when you get to the screen where it asks you, select "complete".

Once you have done this, it will probably cure all the problems you have.

Man, I alredy do that, many many times, on 2pc's and two UFS...and no success, also I solder the contacts....to be shure and nothing....

btw way KZF detect and DCTxBB5 and samsung not ????????

Very strange, all three programs are fine on my Twister+HWK without soldering anything. Someone said they had found an unsoldered pin on the Atmel MCU chip's socket in their UFS box, that wasn't you was it? It might be worth checking these pins for poor joints.

It seems the installer is not available for Twister customers who just want to update regualar modules...

Go to the Twister support site and look in the Misc directory, UFS Suite 2.0 is there for you to download
